Barbara Pierce Bush (born June 8, 1925) as the wife of President George H. W. Bush was First Lady of the United States from 1989 to 1993. She is the mother of current U.S. President George W. Bush and Florida Governor Jeb Bush, and the sister of Scott Pierce, who was the president of E. F. Hutton & Co. when it engaged in criminal activity in the 1980s.

2 Marriage and family
