Billion Dollar Brain is a spy novel by Len Deighton. It was adapted into a 1967 movie starring Michael Caine.

Billion Dollar Brain is one of a series of novels often called the Harry Palmer novels. The name Harry Palmer comes from the movie adaptations: the main character in the books was unnamed, but the movie adapters felt the need to give him a name.

Like many of Deighton's other novels, the plot is quite intricate and filled with noir-style dead ends. The retired Harry Palmer is blackmailed into returning to the British Secret Service as a double agent. His mission is to infiltrate an American-financed, ultra rightwing group dedicated to the liberation of Ukraine from the Soviet Union. The plot relies heavily on a sophisticated computer system that is used by the rightwing group to control their Ukrainian spy network.

Billion Dollar Brain follows The Ipcress File and Funeral in Berlin.
