Blanchard is located near the North Dakota- Minnesota border, near the junction of North Dakota State Highway 18 and North Dakota State Highway 200 . Latitude is 47.331202, and the longitude is -97.250777.According to the United States Census Bureau's 2000 Census, in the 33 square miles that make up Blanchard (as defined by the United States Postal Service), there were 92 residents.
