The Crime Syndicate of America are a group of supervillains from one of DC Comics' universes. Hailing from Earth-Three, a world where the heroes are villains, the Crime Syndicate are the evil version of the Justice League, who rule their world with an iron fist. Their motto is "Cui Bono?" ("Who profits?").

The membership of the Crime Syndicate is Ultraman ( Superman), Superwoman ( Wonder Woman), Owlman ( Batman), Johnny Quick ( The Flash) and Power Ring ( Green Lantern). Their archenemy is Alexander Luthor ( Lex Luthor), who is that world's first and only superhero.

Although Earth-Three and its inhabitants were destroyed in Crisis on Infinite Earths #1, a post-Crisis version appeared in JLA: Earth 2. Here their name was respelled to Crime Syndicate of Amerika. In a later issue of Superman, the new Ultraman and Superwoman had a child together.
