The Eastern Professional Hockey League (EPHL) was a minor professional ice hockey league which operated in Ontario, and Quebec from 1959 to 1963. Although the teams were top-level minor pro teams, the league struggled to survive in small markets, and a team from New York State was added in 1962 when only three Canadian teams remained. This addition failed to prevent the demise of the league; the American team, in fact, moved to Missouri halfway through the season because of poor attendance.The members of the league were:
- 1959-60 : Hull- Ottawa Canadiens, Kingston Frontenacs, Montreal Royals, Soo Thunderbirds, Sudbury Wolves and Trois-Rivières Lions.
- 1960-61 : Hull-Ottawa Canadiens, Kingston Frontenacs, Kitchener- Waterloo Dutchmen, Montreal Royals, Soo Thunderbirds and Sudbury Wolves.
- 1961-62 : Hull-Ottawa Canadiens, Kingston Frontenacs, Kitchener Beavers, North Bay Trappers, Soo Greyhounds and Sudbury Wolves.
- 1962-63 : Hull-Ottawa Canadiens, Kingston Frontenacs, SyracuseClinton Square in Downtown Syracuse Syracuse is a city located in Onondaga County, New York, USA. As of the 2000 U.
