Ehud Segev is an Israeli-born performer. He was born in Safed and grew up in Rosh pina , where he started performing at the local youth center. He worked in Israel as an actor, producer and magician, before relocating to New York to continue his career.Ehud Segev is also known as The Mentalizer. He received this nick name after predicting the mayor elections in a few cities in Israel - 11 days before election day - just by looking at candidates pictures. He was 100% right. He explained to the reporters that he used his mental abilities to analyze the candidates and then made his prediction. People started recognizing him as the Mental Analyzer - or soon to be nicknamed the Mentalizer.
Segev has been performing his critically acclaimed 'Mentalizer Show' around the world and on the summer of 2004 he opened the show in Theatre Row at 42nd street in New York - Broadway's heart of the theatre district. All the profit from his show is being donated to charity and in his show he tries to bring people closer to spirituality and away from the materialistic world.
