HD 168443 is a yellow dwarf star ( spectral class G5) about one and a half times the mass of our Sun. It is in the constellation of Serpens Cauda, 107.7 light years from our solar system. It is known to be orbited by one large planet and a brown dwarf.

HD 168443 b is a huge gas giant seven times larger than Jupiter. It orbits close to the star and its surface temperature must be very high. To judge from its composition and temperature, it probably appears blue, with a few sulfuric clouds. [1]

HD 74156 c is a brown dwarf seventeen times the size of Jupiter. It orbits just outside the star's habitability zone. [2]
