Integrity servers are based on two closely related chipsets. The zx1 chipset supports up to 4 CPUs and up to 8 PCI-X busses. The sx1000 chipset supports up to 64 CPUs and up to 192 PCI-X busses.
The 1U rx1600 server is zx1 based, has two CPU sockets and can take Deerfield or Fanwood processors.
The 2U rx2600 server was launched on July 8, 2002. It is zx1 based, has two CPU sockets and supports McKinley, Madison, Deerfield and Fanwood processors. It has 4 PCI-X slots.
The 4U rx4640 has four CPU sockets which support Madison and Hondo processors. It is zx1 based and can have either 32 or 64 DIMM slots, supporting 256MB to 4GB DIMMs which must be loaded in matched quads. It has 6 PCI-X slots available.
The 7U rx5670 server has four CPU sockets which support McKinley and Madison processors. It is zx1 based and can have up to 48 DIMM slots, supporting 256MB to 2GB DIMMs which must be loaded in matched quads. It has 9 PCI-X slots and 1 PCI slot available.
The 10U rx7620 server has eight CPU sockets which support Madison and Hondo processors. It is sx1000 based and has 15 PCI-X slots available.
The 17U rx8620 server has sixteen CPU sockets which support Madison and Hondo processors. It is sx1000 based and has 16 PCI-X slots.
The Superdome server is available in several models: SD-550, SD-750, SD-875, SD-1600, SD-3200, SD-6400
