KSCI is an independent television station in Los Angeles, California which broadcasts on channel 18. It devotes most of its programming to the Asian audience. The station has programs and news in Mandarin Chinese, Tagalog (Phillipines), Japanese, Korean, and Vietnamese. Occasionally, it has the programs in the Khmer (Cambodia), Indonesian, Armenian, Arabic, and Farsi (Iran). Their motto is the "Speaking your language", with different language shows airing in the different time slots. Some of this programming is subtitled in English.

KSCI also has a number of programs in English and Hindi that feature music from Bollywood and news from the Indian subcontinent. There are also a number of religious programs, in English, Korean, and Japanese, mostly in the very early morning hours. The station also broadcasts infomercials when it doesn't have other programming.

KSCI also sponsors local Asian American events. Notably, KSCI broadcasted New Wave Theatre with Peter Ivers in the early 1980sMillennia: 1st millennium 2nd millennium 3rd millennium Centuries: 19th century 20th century 21st century Decades: 1930s 1940s 1950s 1960s 1970s 1980s 1990s 2000s 2010s 2020s 2030s Years: 1980 1981 1982 1983 1984 1985 1986 1987 1988 1989 Events and trends. The program featured local LA bands such as Fear, X, The Blasters, Circle Jerks and The Dead Kennedys. The show was later picked up by USA network's Nightflight.

There is a locally produce Mandarin-speaking talk show program called Tea Time with Juliette Zhuo is a host. It talks mostly about celebrities. KSCI also makes the Korean-speaking LA Seoul .
