Ordnance is a general term for a quantity of military equipment, usually specifying the ammunition for artillery, bombs, or other large weapons.

For "Ordnance maps", see Ordnance Survey, which is a British government organization which makes and sells maps. The name arose because it was first set up to make maps to show the Army where artillery could travel.
