Patrick Leclercq (born 1938) is the Minister of State of Monaco.

He was appointed on January 5, 2000, replacing Michel Lévêque . Previously he served as French ambassador to Spain.

Leclercq was born in Lille and graduated from Ecole nationale d'administration (ENA).
