Pilawa Górna, is a city in Poland in Lower Silesian Voivodship, in the western part of Wzgórza Strzelinskie hills.
It has 7,100 citizens according to the 2000 data.
Founded in XVI century or earlier as an agricultural village. In 1743 German settlers developed a clothing industry. In 1962 Pilawa Górna was granted city rights . At the moment the city has several industries (clothing, building).
Several architectural monuments: church (XVI-XIX century), palace (XVIII cent.).
