Home > Pontiac Solstice
General Motors assembles the Solstice, a model of roadster (a type of automobile), and offers it to the public under the Pontiac brand. Introduced at the 2004 North American International Auto Show, General Motors intended to mass-produce the Solstice in one of its facilities in Wilmington, Delaware. The exterior styling of the production-version Solstice is similar to that of the Solstice concept that preceded it.The Solstice uses the GM Kappa platform, which has also been suggested as a platform for a new Saab Sonett.
