This is a list of Prime Ministers of Belgium, known regionally as: Premier Ministre in French, Eerste Minister in Dutch, and Premierminister in German.

Although Leaders of Government were appointed since the independence of the country, until 1918 the King often presided over the Council of Ministers so the modern era of the "Premiership" starts after WWI.
