Unlike a speedball, a primo does not combine an upper (the cocaine) with a depressant (i.e. heroin), but instead with a much more benign substance ( THC). Smoking primo is likely to be less harmful than smoking straight cocaine due to lower dosages, and far less harmful than a speedball.
