Programmers' Pink refers to the colormagentaRGB(255,0,255) often used by software developers and graphic designers as that exact color is rarely found in most graphics. The pink is removed making the backdrop invisible, allowing it to be superimposed over other graphics. Its most common usage is adding transparent areas to sprites in video games.
