Putiidhem is a large open field in San Juan Capistrano, California located near Interstate 5 about a mile north of Mission San Juan Capistrano. For many years rodeos and circuses were held at that location. When work began there on a high school athletic field, the Juaneņo Indians protested after human remains were discovered at the site, thus imbuing it with cultural value.
