Queensland is a state of AustraliaAustralia is the sixth-largest country in the world (geographically), the only one to occupy an entire continent, and the largest in the region of Australasia. - West To the west, Queensland is bordered by the Northern Territory, at the 138 deg. E. longitude, and to the south west by the north eastern corner of South Australia.
