The Irish television programme Questions and Answers is an RTÉ News and current affairs presentation broadcast on Monday evenings at 10:25 pm on RTÉ One, running for approximately 45 minutes. It follows an almost identical format to the BBC's long-running Question Time programme. Each week John Bowman chairs a discussion between several prominent politicans and commentators. The discussion is led by questions asked by members of the audience. The first question will usually deal with the major political issue of the week. The final question is often a trivial or comic question.
