The Town of Sangerfield contains the Village of Waterville.
According to the United States Census Bureau, the town has a total area of 80.2 km² (31.0 mi²). 79.8 km² (30.8 mi²) of it is land and 0.4 km² (0.2 mi²) of it is water. The total area is 0.52% water.
