These a a delightful afternoon snack. Made by the Tunnock family in Scotland, they are a small round shortbread biscuit with a layer of strawberry jam which seals a half-dome of mouthwatering marshmallow. This is then covered in creamy milk chocolate and wrapped in red and silver foil paper.
