Ymir ("IM mer") is a natural satellite of Saturn. It was discovered by Brett J. Gladman, et al. in 2000, and given the temporary designation S/2000 S 1. Ymir is about 16 kilometers in diameter, and orbits Saturn at an average of 23,096,000 kilometers. It is also designated as Saturn XIX.

Its name comes from Norse mythology, where Ymir is the ancestor of all the Jotuns or frost giants.
